Purchase a class recording of floorwork and heels choreography to Be Alright by Ariana Grande.
This class will include choreography on the floor and standing up. I would use regular heels with no platform rather than platform heels for this particular dance.
I do recommend having some knee coverage in the form of knee pads, rags, long socks, or leggings. Heels or socks are appropriate footwear.
