Hi! I’m Aly.

I am a queer mother of two and lifelong artist and dancer living in rural southwest Colorado.

I am passionate about supporting women, queer, and trans folks through some of life’s greatest challenges. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space for mothers, birthing parents, and couples through the massive transition of becoming a parent from the dreaming stage to the newborn stage and beyond. I also specialize in supporting survivors of sexual violence in their healing journeys.

After receiving my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles and gaining years of experience teaching dance, I began to integrate my knowledge of psychology with the power of movement. From there, my business was born. Although I went to school to become a therapist, I am not a licensed therapist. I decided to offer my gifts in the coaching capacity in order to freely integrate movement, art, and healing.

This work has been an absolute dream. I watch my clients transform before my very eyes and there is no greater honor than to hold them through that.

I currently offer coaching services to individuals and couples.

"I tried traditional therapy many times, but that just held me over. By working with Aly, I'm finally healing."
