Reclaim the Erotic Program

“I am finally understanding on an embodied level how to love myself and make a safe home for myself in my body”

— Reclaim the Erotic Participant

Do you ever feel like your sexuality doesn’t fit into any of these boxes?

📦 the empowered feminist career woman who doesn’t have any time to pay attention to something as frivolous as sex

📦 the good girl, the Virgin Mary, chaste, pure, reserved, must withhold otherwise giving away power

📦 the socially appropriate conventionally attractive woman who classily demonstrates her fuckability with gentle cleavage and slightly suggestive poses

📦 the hypersexual liberated woman who is confident naked in front of anyone, has orgasms just walking, and is into every kink

Well guess what?

You don’t have to fit into any of these.

You get to self-determine your sexuality.

The majority of people experience a much more nuanced and fluid sexuality than these boxes allow us.

Whether you are a non-binary femme, a feminist whore, or a hot gay mom, we all have sexual lives that transcend these boxes.

In Reclaim the Erotic, we collectively cheer each other on by saying “FUCK THE BOXES!!!”

There is no right way to be!!!

If you are ready to say FUCK THE BOXES, book a consultation call with me.

In Reclaim the Erotic, I help people move through and away from sexual myths adopted from a lifetime of socialization.

examples of sexual myths:

  • I’m supposed to know what I’m doing

  • If I’m not experiencing pleasure in sex, there must be something wrong with me

  • I must be desirable or I am worthless

  • I’m either a virgin or a whore

  • I can’t be sexy as a parent

  • I owe people my body

  • My pleasure is not as important

  • I don’t deserve pleasure if I’m fat

  • I am a bad feminist if my sexual desires & fantasies conflict with my politics

If you have internalized any of these myths—no shame!

It is impossible to be alive on this earth and not have internalized one, some, or all of these sexual myths.

I find that most of my clients are able to recognize these myths on an intellectual level
but still experience them alive and well in their bodies

who am I?

I am a queer femme who loves to see people feel safe, confident, and excited about sexuality. I support folks as they heal, holding space for them to rediscover their own magic, self-worth, and inner power. The erotic has allowed me to experience life more sensually, fully, and present than I could have ever imagined and I wish to share that gift with my clients.

After receiving my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, I decided to combine my clinical experience with my decades of experience with the art of dance. Blending together my two passions, I now facilitate healing through intentional body movement.

When I’m not dancing or holding space for clients, I am probably creating. I love to create. Creation is a powerful and healing practice that I cherish, by drawing, gardening, crafting, and sewing. And on the off chance that I’m taking a break from creating, I’m probably sitting on the side of a river, watching the water flow on by.

“I move through life so much more aware of the magic around and inside me.”

what does the program include?

  • This is the core of the program. Every other Sunday we meet as a group for two hours. These sessions involve a combination of journaling, sharing, creative activities, visualizations, and dance/movement practices

  • In order to dive deeper into your personal sexual story and specific needs, I meet with each participant individually for 60 min six times throughout the program.

  • To start and conclude the program, we have 6-hour retreat days focused on collectively setting the container through community building and celebrating our progress.

  • The group stays connected with each other and myself throughout the program in between sessions through an online community on Slack.

  • All my current and former individual and Reclaim the Erotic clients are invited to join me for monthly community calls where we casually chat about relevant topics. These calls are a great opportunity to create a wider community around healing sexuality!

FAQs

  • Do I have to be a dancer to join?

Absolutely not! I have clients with all different relationships to dance from “It is my life!” to “I don’t really know how I feel about it at all.” The dance/movement element in this work is not anything like a dance class—there is no emphasis on doing anything “right.” We use dance/movement as a tool to facilitate expression, healing, and embodiment. I meet all my clients where they are at as far as the dance/movement goes.

  • What type of sex coaching do you provide?

I primarily focus on my client’s relationships to sexuality, pleasure, the erotic. This is different from many sex coaches and educators who provide technical information about different types of orgasms, sex skills, toys, etc.

  • I am scared. Can I do this if I am scared?

YES! Most of my clients are scared to start. Sexuality is very vulnerable and talking about it with others can feel daunting. I put a lot of intention into creating a space that allows my clients to feel at ease when confronting these intense topics. If you are feeling scared and curious, it probably means that you are ready.

  • Do you offer sliding scale spots?

I am currently only offering sliding scale options in my individual client work. I do offer extended payment plans and am happy to work with you to find something that works for both of us.

  • What if I have to miss a session?

That’s totally expected! I do encourage everyone to make it to as many group sessions live as possible (it is where all the magic happens!). That being said, it is normal for life to happen and for a few sessions to be missed. All sessions will be recorded and made available to the group so that you can continue to engage in the discussion at a time that works for you.

  • Still have questions?

I am more than happy to continue this conversation with you in a consultation call.
